\n(\u201cthe Client \/ the Clients\u201d) privacy and developing technology that gives the Clients the most powerful, satisfying and safe online
\nexperience. This Privacy Policy (the \u201cPolicy\u201d) applies to the GCFX website and governs data collection and usage. By using the
\nGCFX website, the Clients would indicate their consent to the data practices described in this Policy.
\nCOLLECTION OF THE CLIENTS\u2019 PERSONAL INFORMATION<\/p>\n

In accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing regulations and laws, GCFX has an
\nobligation to collect information and verify the identity of its Clients. This information is referred to as Know Your Client
\ninformation or KYC information. Specifically, the information we collect for KYC identification may include identity, contact
\ndetails, National Identifier, Socio-demographic, transactional, financial, contractual, documentary data, etc. GCFX will carry out
\nits customer identification and verification procedures.<\/p>\n

When submitting a Client\u2019s application form to open a live or demo account with GCFX, he\/she will be providing entities within
\nthe GCFX group of companies (collectively, the \u201cGCFX Group\u201d), and its affiliated entities with their personal information. By
\napplying for and\/or opening a live or demo GCFX account, the Client acknowledges and agrees that their consent is voluntarily
\nprovided to the GCFX Group and its affiliated entities including Global Capital Market Limited, and G C Market Limited. Personal
\ninformation refers to any information about the Client, that identifies the Client or by which the Client\u2019s identity can reasonably
\nbe ascertained.
\nGCFX will also maintain records of all transactions and activities on the Client\u2019s account(s), including, but not limited to, details of
\nliquidations on the Client\u2019s account(s). GCFX may also collect information about the Client from publicly available sources such as
\ncompany registers. At any time, upon request, the Client may gain access to the information GCFX holds about the Client. GCFX
\nmay also record telephone conversations between the Client and persons working for GCFX. Such recordings, or transcripts from
\nsuch recordings, may be used to resolve any dispute between the Client and GCFX and with a view to satisfying
\nGCFX\u2019s statutory obligations including requests from regulators and other government bodies. GCFX will also collect and hold
\ninformation about the Client when the Client completes an online application or other type of form or operates and deals on the
\nClient\u2019s Account through GCFX\u2019s websites.
\nGCFX may collect sensitive information about a Client if:
\n\u2022 The collection is required or authorized by applicable laws or court\/tribunal order;
\n\u2022 The Client consents to the collection and the information is reasonably necessary for GCFX\u2019s functions and activities;
\n\u2022 GCFX reasonably believes that collection is necessary to lessen or prevent a serious threat to the life, health or safety to an
\nindividual or the public, and it is unreasonable or impracticable to obtain the Clients\u2019 consent to the collection;
\n\u2022 GCFX has reason to suspect that unlawful activity or misconduct of a serious nature that relates to GCFX\u2019s functions or
\nactivities is being or may be engaged in;
\n\u2022 GCFX believes that the collection is reasonably necessary to assist to locate a person who has been reported as missing.<\/p>\n

The Clients are not directly imposed to give GCFX their personal information in the application forms. However, without the
\ninformation required GCFX may not be able to open an account and\/or provide services to them. While GCFX make every effort
\nto ensure that all information GCFX hold about Clients is accurate, complete, and up to date, Clients need to notify GCFX promptly
\nif there are any changes to the Clients\u2019 personal information. Should the Clients have any questions or complaints about their
\nprivacy, the Clients should contact GCFX. From time to time, GCFX may receive personal information about the Clients\u2019 from third
\nparty sources, but only where GCFX have checked that these third parties either have their consent or are otherwise legally
\npermitted or required to disclose their personal information to us. GCFX use the information received from these third parties to
\nenhance services provided to the Clients, such as providing curated content that is relevant to services and topics they are
\ninterested in.<\/p>\n

When the Clients visit GCFX website, GCFX may collect certain information automatically from the Clients\u2019 devices. In some
\ncountries, including countries in the European Economic Area (EEA) and PRC, this information may be considered personal
\ninformation under applicable data protection laws.
\nSpecifically, the information collected automatically may include information like the Clients\u2019 IP address, device type, unique
\ndevice identification numbers, browser-type, broad geographic location (for example, country or city-level location) and other
\ntechnical information. GCFX may also collect information about how the Clients\u2019 devices interacting with GCFX website, including

\nwhich content at GCFX website that they are interested to. Also, GCFX use this information for its internal analytics purposes and

\ncould provide the Clients with the relevant services.<\/p>\n

USE OF THE CLIENTS\u2019 PERSONAL INFORMATION<\/b>
\nGCFX collects and uses the Clients\u2019 personal information to operate its website and deliver the services that the Clients need.
\nGCFX also uses the Clients\u2019 personally identifiable information to inform them other products or services offered by GCFX and its
\naffiliates.
\nGCFX does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. GCFX may, from time to time, contact the Clients on behalf of
\nexternal business partners about a particular offering that may be of their interest. In those cases, the Clients\u2019 unique identifiable
\ninformation (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, GCFX may share data
\nwith trusted partners for a business purpose, for instance, to perform statistical analysis, send them email or postal mail, provide
\ncustomer support, amongst others. All such third parties are prohibited from using the Clients\u2019 personal information except to
\nprovide GCFX related services and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of the Clients\u2019 information.
\nGCFX does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without the Clients\u2019
\nexplicit consent.
\nGCFX keeps track of the websites and pages that the Clients visit within GCFX, in order to determine what GCFX services that are
\nmost popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within GCFX to Clients, whose behavior indicate
\nthat they are interested in a particular subject.<\/p>\n

GCFX websites will disclose the Clients\u2019 personal information, without notice only if required to do so by law or in the good faith
\nbelief that such action is necessary to:
\ni. Conform to the requirements of the law or comply with legal process served on GCFX or the website;
\nii. Protect and defend the rights or property of GCFX; and,

LANGUAGES<\/b>
\nLanguage of communication between the Company and the Client shall be in English. All binding contractual documentation is

\nUpon its sole discretion the Company, may communicate with the Client in other language than English, however in case of any
\ndiscrepancy between the meanings of any communications and\/or meanings, or any other communications forming part of this
\nPolicy or any other agreements, information or communication in any other language, the meaning of the English Language
