Fraud REMINDER and Suspicious Behavior Reporting POLICY
POLICY’S OBJECTIVES
The following information is provided to help members of the public, GCFX clients and trading account holders to protect themselves against any fraudulent activity (or attempt) involving individuals or institutions or claiming to represent, or offer products or services on behalf of GCFX or its affiliates (collectively “GCFX”).
GCFX never authorize or grant permission to any of its employee(s) to conduct official business via social media platforms or accounts (such as Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Snapchat, Telegram, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media accounts), or through public email services (such as Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail). All employees’ communications are managed exclusively through GCFX-registered domains. Also, under no circumstances would GCFX or its employees initiate contact via social media accounts or public email systems requesting individuals to disclose or confirm confidential information such as bank account details, passwords or other related information.
In case where you are contacted by individuals or institutions claiming themselves to be from GCFX who offers trading services, loans, requesting monetary deposits or asking for private (or personal) information such as bank account details, personal data or passwords, you must stay vigilant as these individuals or institutions could be engaging in fraud or identity theft activity. Always verify their identity before taking any action, including transferring funds or sharing personal details. If you suspect any fraudulent activity, please ignore such communication without hesitation and NOT to adhere to their request.

IMPORTANT NOTES – Other websites, pages or social media accounts which is not stipulated in the above list does NOT have any connection with GCFX. Always type the official domain into your browser (or bookmark it for your future use). Never click suspicious links received by email, short messaging service (SMS), WhatsApp or any social media account.
Official GCFX’S Bank Accounts
GCFX bank accounts are held only in the name of GCFX (or its affiliate companies). You are strictly NOT recommended to transfer money to any bank accounts unless the beneficiary name is GCFX (or its affiliate companies). Do NOT send money to accounts in the name of individuals claiming to be GCFX employee(s). In case where you are not sure on the authenticity, you may contact GCFX at details as mentioned in the next paragraph.
Beware of “Clone” or “Lookalike” Websites
Fraudsters may create fake websites or social media accounts to impersonate as GCFX employee(s) for tricking people to send money to fraudulent bank accounts. GCFX would not be responsible to such act or attempt, especially towards financial losses caused from such illegitimate (and irresponsible) activity. However, GCFX is committed in preventing such risks where possible, including through issuance of this policy (and to incorporate the relevant amendment, as appropriate and required from time to time). If you identify any suspicious websites or messages claiming to be from GCFX, please notify us immediately at support@gcfx24.com
Things to Remember
- GCFX does NOT conduct business via social media accounts or public email.
- Do NOT click links received from unsolicited messages (from SMS, WhatsApp or any communication application) claiming to be from GCFX.
- Never share personal information (or documents), confidential and/or financial details via unverified channels.
- Be cautious of unsolicited approaches, especially if pressured to act fast (or on the spot basis).
- Never transfer any funds unless the bank details are verified as belong to GCFX (or its affiliate companies).
- In case of any doubt, the clients (or trading account holders) are recommended to contact GCFX directly via the official email only.
Reporting Suspicious Behaviour
GCFX takes reports of suspicious behaviour or fraudulent activities, including bribery, corruption or misuse of position seriously. If you wish to report any suspicious behaviour involving GCFX employee(s), please notify us by email at support@gcfx24.com.
